We have a very flexible system of classes that allows students to take the classes in any order they wish and at their own pace. In some schools you have a very strict schedule for taking the classes and this does not work into a lot of the current schedules of kids busy lives.

Central Driving Academy Policies
OUR POLICIES:
Lessons must be cancelled at least forty eight (48) hours in advance to avoid being charged for the lesson. However, if another student can be inserted into the time slot we reserved for you, no charge at all.
Note: For cancelling an ICBC road test appointment made through Central Driving Academy, we require 72 hours notice, as we need to notify ICBC. Failure to give Central Driving Academy sufficient notice may result in the student having to pay a $25.00 Road Test Cancellation Fee to ICBC.
There will be no refund for driving lessons that have taken place. Prepaid lessons that have not been used will be refunded. Refund Must be Done in Writing Email or Tact!
You are required to carry a valid driver license for every in-car training lesson (no duplicate copies / no phone snapshots accepted). If, we show up for a driving lesson and you do not have your drivers’ licence with you, we will cancel the lesson and charge you our normal one hour applicable rate. It’s a law in BC to carry the drivers licence at all times while driving.
Lessons are on 1-to-1 basis, you are allowed to have ONE family member or friend during the driving lessons.
We may require advance payment for lessons and road test where applicable.
We reserve the right not to rent out the driving school vehicle if the student is not fully prepared for the road test.
We reserve the right for price adjustments at any given time; notice will be given to existing customers.
