Fees, Lessons, and Enrollment
– Lesson Fee: $60 per hour
– Typical Lesson Length: 90 minutes minutes of actual driving per lesson.
– Enrollment / Tuition: No separate enrollment fee. Tuition charged per lesson or package.
– Vehicle Use: Included in lesson fee. Road test vehicle rental: $100
– Extra Charges:
–$25 ICBC Road Test Cancellation Fee (if less than 72 hours’ notice)
-Missed lesson fee equal to one-hour lesson rate (if less than 48 hours’ notice and slot not filled)
Lesson Cancellations
– Cancel at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges.
– Road test appointments require 72 hours’ notice to avoid $25 ICBC fee.
Payments and Refunds
– Lessons may require advance payment.
– No refund for lessons already taken.
– Unused prepaid lessons refunded upon written request (email or text).
Student Requirements
-Must carry a valid driver’s licence for each lesson (no duplicates or phone images).
– If licence not present, lesson cancelled and full one-hour rate charged.
Lesson Participants
– Lessons are one-to-one unless agreed otherwise.
– ONE family member or friend may ride along during lesson.
Vehicle Use for Road Tests
– Central Driving Academy may refuse vehicle rental if student is not prepared for road test.
General Policies
– Prices subject to change with notice to current students.

Central Driving Academy provides this written information before you pay or begin training:
1. Name and address of the driving school.
2. Fees for enrollment, tuition, services, equipment, and vehicle rental.
3. Extra charges you may incur.
4. Number of people allowed in the vehicle during lessons and reason.
5. Exact amount of behind-the-wheel driving time per lesson.
6. Exact fee per lesson.
7. Refund policy of the school.
